Multitasking is inefficient

Definition of efficiency:

Multitasking means ability to work more than one task at a time.
If that so, why do multitasking is inefficient?
First of all, i wanna stress that we are only humans.
Human have limitation.
After measuring all the basic necessity like food and shelter,
We have to consider on love, security, and entertainment.
Multitasking is very inefficient in long run.
When we do perform many tasks at a time, tend to need longer time to complete each tasks.
We are more tired mentally and physically.
Then tend to need more rest to fully recover.
When you are doing a task, it's good to finish the whole task before taking a long break,
rather than taking short break in between because our mental cannot accept the fact that
we are away from the our task. Thus, our brain cannot fully relax because we worries.
To avoid inefficiency, it's good to focus in everything we do.
When you work, be sure 100% in work.
When you play, play 100%.
Do not work and play.
Multitasking is inefficient.

How clean is your food?

I've been very busy lately.
Have lotsa quizzes, assignment and tutorial, extra class beside all the usual lectures.
I can't help myself but to sleep late everyday.
Having sleeping problem too. I can't even sleep well during the weekends.
Dream whenever i sleep. Moreover it's not only one dream, i had dreams..
Woke up this morning at 6.30am to hike the 'bukit' in Bukit Beruang.
It's a good work out.
Then went for breakfast at a Chinese restaurant in Batu Berendam.
I ordered a preserved egg porridge and and a glass of Milo Ice.
I finished the porridge. Not too bad.
Then, something happen.
I look at the glass of Coco Ice, and i saw a piece of hair.
Nvm, i thought someone's hair is in it.
I found out that the hair in my drink is curly...!
Some thing like this...












At that moment i was -_-"
I was 100% sure what hair is that.
I was really wondering wtf is the hair doing in my drink.
I was speechless and i don't know what to do.
I was so furious, then i called the boss.
He came with the sleepy look of his, and asked what's the problem?
I show him the hair, then he said he'll change a new one for me.
As soon as he went off, i don't have the urge to drink anymore.
It is disgusting to find such hair in my drinks.
He came with a new glass of Milo, but he did not bother to apologize at all!
Wtf.
Wtf he did with my glass of Coco ice? How can the hair be in my drink???
I didn't drink that glass of Coco.
I don't mean to waste but i just don't dare to drink anything from that restaurant
eventhough he have changed a new one for me.
Should have asked him not to bring new one for me.
But I couldn't think much at the moment.
I can't accept the fact that i saw a pubic hair in my drink.
I just don't feel like drinking it.
It's disgusting.
I don't mind if there's a normal hair from your head or even if it's flies.
I can jokingly ask the boss to change it for a new one.
I don't expect much from such restaurant.
But i just can't accept the fact that pubic hair is in my drinks.

But then, i just fuck off from the place because no point making so much trouble there.

No, books will never take you far.

My exam result for this trimester is satisfactory.
I know this isn't enough.
Books will not take you far.
Books are important but
We need more than what the book can teach.
As for me,
I just hope that God will grant me a golden chance to learn more
as i really don't know what i am capable of...
I need chance which i do not know where i could find it.
Oh God.
Please show it to me and grant me the greatest strength and power of will to success.
